About Occupational Health Map
Occupational Health Map has been providing occupational health and safety services to the greater Wellington region since 2001. We have an extremely low staff turnover, ensuring a consistent, personal approach to the people we work with. Many people view their health information as private and personal and we understand and respect this. Wherever possible (which is in 99% of cases), we provide the same person to follow up with staff.
All our nurses are members of the New Zealand Occupational Health Nurses Association. We are well respected and get most of our business through word of mouth. We encourage you to read our testimonials.
The Occupational Health Map team

"A pleasure""We have been working with Erina Potter since 2000-2001. Alcan Packaging Danaflex is a member of the world-wide Alcan family of over 300 facilities. Our Australasian head office and manufacturing is based in Wellington and produces specialty packaging materials for the meat and dairy industries. EHS First is a guiding principle of Alcan. We have always enjoyed dealing with Erina on a routine basis as part of our health monitoring programme and have been impressed with Erina’s health and safety and industry experience and knowledge. Erina also delivers a range of educational programmes to our staff in an interesting and engaging manner, with topics ranging from healthy nutrition and exercise, shift work, stress and fatigue, and smoking cessation. Erina always offers a great service with a friendly and helpful attitude as well as having a fantastic sense of humour. Our employees feel comfortable with Erina and really enjoy having one-on-one appointments with her. It is a pleasure to work with Erina."
"Extremely impressed""I have worked with Erina Potter and her team since 2000, commencing when I was the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager for Dulux New Zealand. I engaged OHM to provide occupational health services at our Gracefield paint factory. Having been part of the global ICI chemicals organisation we had very high standards of health and safety performance, complex procedures and stringent health monitoring requirements. I was extremely impressed by Erina’s focus on meeting our needs as the customer and her ability to deliver to our deadlines using our reporting system. I renewed the relationship when I became the national Health and Safety Manager at ESR. Many of our scientists and administration people were at risk of developing gradual process injuries from the intensive, repetitive nature of some aspects of their jobs. OHM again offered exactly what I needed for proactively managing the issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending Erina and OHM as your occupational health provider."
"Service was perfectly tailored to our needs""I have used the service from OHM (Erina) during my time at Quality Bakers Wellington, continuing the relationship built up by my predecessor. OHM provided us with annual health service and ergonomic assessments for our office staff. Erina's advice when we were developing a drug and alcohol policy, was most helpful. Staff have great respect for Erina as she has a "can do" approach. I know some of them are thankful for her advice to follow up in an early stage of a possible life threatening disease. Erina knows how hard it can be for a baker, with early starts and sometimes long days. Her service was perfectly tailored to our needs."
